All WAN products are provided with 30 days installation support. Hardware is warranted for one year from the date of shipment.

The Software Group offers extended support packages including free software updates, assistance and problem resolution on an individual product basis. Support packages that cover multiple installations are also available.

Support is available:

  • On a per incident basis pre-paid with a credit card
  • On a per product basis annually
  • On a multiple product basis annually

Standard support includes telephone, fax, email contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution. Engineering support includes telephone, fax email contact for troubleshooting, problem resolution and assistance with development to The Software Group's API.

Support is provided Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm eastern time. Customized support packages are available on an annual basis or pre-arranged for specific time periods.
